Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from when you receive your order.  We will use the UPS tracking number to determine this date.

All items must be unused and in original packaging with tags when returned.  We will not accept items that have been decorated or washed under any circumstances.  We can not credit the shipping charges back to you.  The cost of shipping the item(s) back will be your responsibility.

It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size, and quantity on orders.  There will be a restocking fee of $10.00 to 20% for RMA's that are processed due to customer error.  The restocking fee is "per RMA".

If we ship you an incorrect item or there is a defect, we will process the RMA at our expense.  Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.  Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the items by using the RMA form located below.


RMA Process:

1.  Fill out the RMA form below.  Please do not return any item(s) without submitting an RMA first.

2.  Once we receive your submission, we will assign an RMA number to your return and notify you via email.

3.  When you receive the RMA number, please send back the item within 7 business days.  If we do not receive your return within 14 days from giving you an RMA number, we will cancel it.

4.  Your return may take up to 14 days to process from when we receive the item(s).
